Warranty Policy

Coverage: We will refund or issue a replacement account if:

• Account password or email password is incorrect on your first login attempt.

• Account details do not match the provided product description.

• The account or its advertising features were already disabled or restricted prior to purchase (claim must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase).

Warranty Exclusions (Claims will be rejected if):

• Using Facebook's "Forgot Password" feature.

• Adding a payment method to the ad account.

• No warranty if Ads Account is disabled prior to purchase, as Live Ads are 99% guaranteed

• No warranty if password cannot be changed

Post-Purchase Information Update Policy: We strongly recommend updating your account information after purchase. Please change the account password, email password, and generate a new 2FA code once you have verified that all account features are fully operational and match our description. Changing any of these credentials serves as confirmation that the account is working correctly and as described. At that moment, all warranty coverage for the account will immediately terminate.
