The 24-hour warranty covers link errors and BMs disabled prior to initial use. The Business Verification status (green checkmark) is guaranteed for 3 days. Warranty DOES NOT cover adding payment methods, changing payment settings to prepaid, modifying currency, time zone, or country, or creating new ad accounts. Because a disabled BM cannot regenerate invite links, warranty coverage is automatically voided once you request admin removal or role demotion. Submitting an admin removal request serves as confirmation that the BM was fully functional at that time.

Warranty Policy

We will refund or replace your BM with a new one under the following conditions:

• Account password or email password is incorrect on your first login attempt.

• Account details do not match the provided product description.

• The account or its advertising features were already disabled or restricted prior to purchase (claim must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase).

• The BM was disabled prior to purchase.

• The ad account within the BM was disabled prior to purchase.

• The BM invite/share link is broken or returns an error.

• The BM details do not match the provided description (claim must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase).

We will refund or replace your BM if it becomes disabled after you successfully accept the BM invite link, provided that no features have been used yet (e.g., creating ad accounts, adding payment methods, creating pixels, or creating Facebook Pages) (claim must be submitted within 24 hours).

Admin Removal Policy: Customers may request the removal of all admins from the BM at any time. Once our admin accounts are removed, all warranty coverage is immediately voided. Consequently, we will no longer provide any warranty support or assume any liability after leaving the BM.

Warranty Exclusions (Claims will be rejected if):

• A payment method has been added.

• Currency, time zone, or country settings have been modified.

• The billing/payment method has been changed to prepaid.

• A new ad account has been created.

Green Badge Warranty: Covers loss of Business Verification status (green checkmark) within 3 days of purchase.
